Drappier house
The history of the walls today inhabited by the DRAPPIER Family goes back to the 12th century when Saint Bernard had an annex to Clairvaux Abbey built in Urville. The vineyard which today surrounds these Cistercian cellars is the pride of our House. Cultivated in as natural a way as possible, the vineyard gives life to grapes rich in complex aromas which allow the making of Champagnes with well established characteristics housed in exceptional bottles.

The vineyard
The Belle Haie, the Val Demoiselle, the Sendrée, so many parcels of land in the service of the Drappier cuvées. Classic grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay or Meunier, rare varieties such as Petit Meslier, Blanc Vrai or the extremely rare Arbane, touches of colours and flavours of our vineyard.

Reims cellars
In the deepest of our Reims cellars, in chalk pits several centuries old, here our oldest bottles slumber. Exceptional cuvées, such as the Grande Sendrée or the Millésime Exception, are polished by time, o
