Sauvignon Blanc 2019 Ekfrasis Vassiliades
Colour: Brilliant lime green with sunny bright yellow reflections.
Nose: Medium plus intense and persistence.
Bright aromatics of fresh late fruits,Grapefruit, White Peach,melon with lifted floral and herbaceous overtones.
Pallet: Dry, Medium-bodied,intense ,elegantly concentrated with sweet tropical fruits and lively balanced acidity.Mineral notes, refined with fine texture.Lingering fresh finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Wonderful choice with fish dishes,feta cheese , vegetarian choices and sushi.
Best served at 10-12 ºC
