A great summer , al fresco wine.
Visual
Beautiful youthful colors ,pale yellow color
with vibrant green reflections.
Nose , medium with aromatic intensity
lively citric snap lemony ,lime zest with hints of quince blossom.Very discreet fresh notes of fresh cut grass and bell peppers with wet stone minerality.
Palate , is dry ,lite, fresh with medium intensity . Strong acidity structure but not aggressive.Fruit character coming forward ,lemon ,lime,green apple with lively acidity , then the minerality comes and brinks everything together in balance giving to the wine a beautiful after taste.
Excellent pairing with fish ,seafood and . salads.
