' I chose to open the wine 30 min before tasting it ,hints of sediments were visible, i didn't decant the wine, i prefer to see the evolution forming in my glass "

"On nose still some nice soft fruity aromas,mostly dark cherry,raspberry some gasp of earthy dust very charming ,hints of oak , vanilla and dry spices."

"On Pallet ,medium plus in body ,rounder,smoother ,tannin present flavored by toast,oak shivers and earthy notes. Fruit character is revealed at background stroking gently the pallet. Acidity is present giving a lively touch.Finish a bit bitter spicy but pleasant "
