"I have been fortunate that on 2018 had the opportunity visiting Chablis appellation and Christian Moreau winery.It was better that i could ever imagine, unique, one of the best ways to understand the influence of the concept of terroir in to grapes (wine)"

Grape - Chardonnay

Vintage - 2017 ALC/VOL 12,5%

"Bright greenish - yellow color,on Nose clean,moderate intensity and persistence.Youthful,ripe green apples,a snap of citrus fruits,lemon,lime zest with hints of starfruit. Followed by unique mineral character,limestone the most.

On Pallet , dry ,fresh- crisp,light-bodied to medium, lively acidity balance by rockiness minerality .Fruit character is present ,green apples ,lemony.Light in alcohol with vibrant medium plus finish with a touch of saline."
